<Armament> EX Deck (7) - You may begin the game with an <Armament> EX deck of exactly seven Armament sub-rulers. You may not have more than one copy of any card in your <Armament> EX Deck and you may not have any High Armament sub-rulers in your <Armament> EX Deck.
As the game starts, you may reveal a card from your <Armament> EX deck at random and put it into your ruler area.
