Text:
J/rulers you control have "Millium, Successor of the Dragon Crest
" in addition to their other names and gain "Fairy Tale" in addition to their other races.
You may roll an addition die while performing Force effects.
At the beginning of your turn >>> If you control a ruler, roll a 6-sided die. If the result of the roll is 4 or higher, swap your ruler with a ruler you own with "Millium" in its name from outside the game. If you do, put X+1 dragon power counters on your ruler, where X is the number of dragon power counters your former ruler had. If the result of the roll is 8 or higher, draw a card.
Flavour:
"Millium, I was hoping for you to be the prophesied savior, but, haha, it's me!"

Confirmed by company officials
When you move a revealed card to another area that is not hidden, that card stays revealed. As such, you cannot fail to find a ruler with "Millium" in the name if you have already swapped a ruler with "Millium" in the name from the ruler area to outside the game.

Confirmed by company officials
If you roll a 4 or above for Ryula's ability, you will not successfully resolve the ability of Millium, Successor of the Dragon Crest
, regardless of which ruler was in play when the die was rolled. If Millium, Successor of the Dragon Crest
was in play when the ability of Ryula was resolved, it will be swapped out and will not be able to put a counter on itself. If it is the card being swapped in, it misses the timing to see the die roll. This does not effect the placing of X+1 counters, which is part of the resolution of Ryula's ability.
