The God's Art ability of Hairpin of the Beastmaster adds a continuous effect to the player that must be fulfilled after it has been gained by the player; it does not look retroactively in the turn. Ergo, if you play the judgment of a ruler and resolve the Fate trigger of Hairpin of the Beastmaster, play and resolve the God's Art and then resolve the judgment process, the ability will not see that you have performed a judgment process (since it was not active to "see" the playing of the judgment process) and your J-rulers will not gain Swiftness and Pierce.
